BREEDING RULES & GUIDE
• Both partners need to agree to breed the two characters.
• Forbidden loves (e.g. cross-Clan relationships, stealing someone's mate, etc.) are permitted, but you must consult staff before going ahead with them because they have the potential to majorly alter Clan dynamics.
• Both cats must have been created over a week ago, and must have been written in at least three different threads in order to breed. This is to prevent people from making characters only to breed them and then never touching them again. One line mentions do not count as a thread. At least one thread MUST include the two characters together, and at least one thread MUST feature the characters separately, doing something that is not related to one another. You may replace a thread with ONE one-shot, but the one-shot must be 1500 words minimum to substitute the replies you would usually make in a thread.
• Post a thread with both cats that wish to breed using the breeding template. Once the pairing is accepted, you will get a response with the date that your kittens shall be born. Queens are pregnant for/the wind will bring kits to the border after 30 IRL days, unless you purchase an item from the Site Shop to speed up the process.
• Staff will randomize the kittens for you based on their parents' genetics. If you do not like the random result, you may Kit Reroll once per kit, which is purchasable from the Site Shop. If you do not like random kits, you may purchase Kit Trait beforehand and decide part of the kits' appearances.
• Once your kits have been rolled, you and your partner may adopt them out if you do not want to play them yourselves. This can be done privately or on the adoptions board. BE WARNED! Kits that have been put up for adoption and have NOT been claimed after an IRL week will die.
